A Song Of Hope

The Kinard Middle School Honor Band (under the direction of Michael Perez) performed "A Song of Hope" by James Swearingen on May 21, 2022. According to the composer, the piece serves as a vision of hope amongst the sadness we felt on September 11, 2001. By selecting this music, Mr. Perez, honored the promise to "Never Forget" sharing the 9/11 story with 7th and 8th graders in our community.
